Diamond Creek Western      Custom work requires 50% down and the balance is due prior to shipping your order.  Larger or complex orders may require additional payments during construction.  Deposits are non refundable in the event of a cancellation.      Color or design changes to custom orders may incur additional costs for material and labor.  Changes may not be possible after construction is started. Materials, Cut and Design      Jackets or Shirts are constructed from appropriate weight fabrics in a variation of fibers.  You may supply your own fabrics if they are suitable for construction of the style and close fit of the garment. Smooth leathers or suedes or ultrasuedes are used for design and applique.  Please consider laundering options when choosing such materials.  Embellishment of swarovski crystals and metal studs/ nailheads are applied in the method appropriate to the materials used.           Jackets and/or shirts provide a flattering fit with princess seaming in the front and back for a close body hugging fit.  If you would prefer a little extra room for growth or comfort please specify.  You may provide similar measurements from existing garments for reference for fit.   These can be helpful in determining finished lengths and shoulder widths you      You may choose designs similar to others we have carried or supply your own sketches or other reference materials for examples of styles and colors. Deposit      Custom items may require some minor alterations depending on your preference for fit or slight variations in measurements provided.  Items may be returned within 30 days for alterations free of charge.  Items must be pinned throughout adjustment for correct placement. Please allow enough time for alterations and return ground shipping.  Expedited shipping will be at the expense of the client.  Any Additional shipping will be charged to the credit card provided.   Return ground shipping will be paid by Diamond Creek Western, your shipping to us will not be reimbursed.   You may wish to use a seamstress in your area to do these minimal alterations:  you will not be reimbursed by us for these alterations.      We take great care in the fit of our garments.  Without a good fit one could have a million crystals on a garment and it won’t be pretty.  It will get attention for the wrong reasons.  It is impossible for us to provide everyones idea of a perfect fit from across the country when fabrics vary and everyones body shape varies.  Any alterations would be very minor unless someones measurements have changed or were very inaccurate.
